Fort Worth Cats Promotional Schedule Set for 2012

Fort Worth, Texas--- Stars Wars Night, Bark in the Park, Fathers Day Catch on the Field, and Texas Country Night are just some of the great promotional nights at Historic LaGrave Field for the Fort Worth Cats' 2012 baseball season.
The Home Opener on Wednesday, May 23rd will feature Magnetic Cats' Schedules for the first 1,000 fans presented by Coors Light, as well as 500 each following night for the remainder of the opening series. The very next night is Camo Night, where all fans wear camouflage to the game. That same night also introduces the first of five $2 Thirsty Thursdays, where draft beer is discounted to just two dollars. The following night will be Stars Wars Night, where fans are encouraged to arrive in Star Wars gear and costumes.
Nightly promotions do not just end at $2 Thirsty Thursdays, as all home Sunday games are priced at just five dollars. Most Wednesdays are $1 Hot Dog Nights, beginning with May 30th when the McAllen Thunder make their first visit of the season to Fort Worth.
Fathers will have the unique opportunity to play catch with their children on LaGrave Field on June 17th before the matchup versus the Abilene Prairie Dogs as the Cats' present Fathers Day Catch on the Field.
July 3rd and 4th will surely be fan favorites as fireworks will be showcased following both games.
Team Poster Night will take place on July 10th presented by Ben Hogan Sports Medicine when the Cats host the Abilene Prairie Dogs.
Saturday, August 18th is an eventful evening when the Cats not only match up with the Rio Grande Valley WhiteWings, but also pay tribute to local heroes on Police/Firefighers Night.
