D-Fenders Drop Game Two of the NBA D-League Finals

EL SEGUNDO, CA - The Los Angeles D-Fenders fell to the Austin Toros 113-94 in Game Two of the NBA Development League Finals presented by BBVA at Toyota Sports Center. The loss is the D-Fenders first of the 2012 playoffs and only their fifth loss at home this season.Malcolm Thomas finished with 18 points and 14 rebounds for his second double-double of the NBA D-League Finals, Orien Greene totaled 17 points and eight rebounds, and Elijah Millsap tallied 14 points along with five rebounds for the D-Fenders (1-1). Additionally, Gary Flowers scored 11 points (4-6 FG) off the bench on Thursday night.
Austin (1-1) was paced by Julian Wright (26 points, 11 rebounds), Justin Dentmon (26 points, 5 assists), and Terrance Woodbury (17 points, 4 steals). Meanwhile, Flip Murray pitched in 16 points and Brad Wanamaker added 15 points to go with five rebounds and four steals in the win.
Game Three of series, which will determine the 2012 NBA D-League champion, is set for Saturday, April 28th at 6:30 p.m. in El Segundo. Catch all the action in person or live on NBA Futurecast.
