
Dunkin' Donuts Launches "Dunkin' Dugout" Program with Sea Dogs

PORTLAND, Maine- Dunkin' Donuts, Maine's all-day, everyday stop for coffee and baked goods, today announced their 2012 Dunkin' Dugout program with the Portland Sea Dogs. The program is funded by local Dunkin' Donuts business owners and provides 200 children throughout Maine the opportunity to attend a Sea Dogs game, meet players and be recognized during game festivities. Submissions are now being accepted from organizations throughout the state.
All Dunkin' Donuts stores in Maine are owned and operated by business owners who have strong ties to their communities. This program is another way Dunkin' Donuts business owners
support local youth organizations. Each selected group will receive 20 tickets to a designated game-courtesy of the local Dunkin' Donuts-for one of the following games:
Saturday, May 26 vs. New Britain Rock Cats, 1 p.m.
Sunday, June 10 vs. Richmond Flying Squirrels, 1 p.m.
Thursday, June 21 vs. Harrisburg Senators, 6 p.m.
Saturday, June 30 vs. Trenton Thunder, 6 p.m.
Sunday, July 1 vs. Trenton Thunder, 1 p.m.
Thursday, July 12 vs. New Hampshire Fisher Cats, 7 p.m.
Friday, August 3 vs. Erie Seawolves, 7 p.m.
Sunday, August 5 vs. Erie Seawolves, 1 p.m.
Friday, August 17 vs. New Britain Rock Cats, 7 p.m.
Saturday, September 1 vs. Reading Phillies 6 p.m.
"We're so excited to be able to offer the Dunkin' Dugout program to deserving organizations for the fourth year in a row," said Dana Reid, field marketing manager for Dunkin' Donuts in Maine. "The local Dunkin' Donuts business owners are continually spearheading programs like this to help support their communities. It's a great way to bring groups together to experience a great Maine pastime."
Deserving camps, schools, youth groups, etc. can apply by sending an email to community@dunkinmaine.com [mailto:community@dunkinmaine.com] that briefly describes the organization and why it should be selected to attend a game. Dunkin' Donuts and the Sea Dogs will work together to select and notify the winners.
