Joey Leach Tabbed Top Playoff Performer

Cranbrook, BC - The Kootenay ICE Hockey Club announced today that Defenseman Joey Leach has been named the Boston Pizza Top Playoff Performer for the 2012 WHL Playoffs.

Despite the series loss to Edmonton Joey's play throughout the four games was consistent. He was a physical force on the ice and gave strong leadership to the team.

The ICE would like to thank Boston Pizza for their sponsorship of the Top Playoff Performer Award.
