
Bighorns Halted by 66ers

TULSA, OKLA.- The Reno Bighorns were held to a season-low 79 points as the Tulsa 66ers ended the Bighorns' three-game road winning streak Thursday night, 85-79. Andre Emmett led the Bighorns with 16 points and eight rebounds while Mo Charlo once again posted a double-double with 14 points and 14 rebounds. The Bighorns went an impressive 3-1 on their four-game road trip.
The Bighorns were held to only 37.3 percent shooting on the night, converting on only 3-of-20 three-point attempts. The team turned the ball over 22 times and dished out only 12 total assists.
The Bighorns missed the offensive spark of the NBA D-League's leading scorer Blake Ahearn, who missed the game due to illness.
Jerome Dyson led the 66ers with 31 points, supplemented by Ryan Reid's 10 points and 14 rebounds.
The Bighorns return to Reno to take on the Bakersfield Jam on Saturday, February 4 and Monday, February 6 at the Reno Events Center.
