Texas Legends Defuse Canton Charge

Frisco, TX - The Texas Legends were clicking on all cylinders tonight, routing the Canton Charge, 117-95.
The Legends were led by Sean Williams, assigned from the Dallas Mavericks, and Chris Roberts who has been a cornerstone for Texas since joining the team.
Williams was the leading scorer tonight with 26 points on nine of 16 shooting, but his defense was equally impressive. Williams collected 13 boards and swatted three shots as the protector of the paint.
Chris Roberts was sharp tonight, scoring 24 points while connecting on four from long range.
Keith McLeod, an NBA veteran of four seasons, was a bright spot for Canton as he registered 16 points while shooting 70.0% from the field.
The Legends controlled the game, outrebounding, forcing more turnovers, and producing more assists than the Canton Charge in the Friday night blowout.
Texas (10-13) and Canton (10-12) lace it up again tomorrow as they complete their back to back at Dr Pepper Arena at 7:00PM.
