September 19, 2011 - Ultimate Indoor Football League (UIFL)
Marion Blue Racers News Release

MARION, OH- The Marion Blue Racers are proud to announce that they have resigned 7 year NFL veteran Offensive Lineman Melvin Tuten as the offensive line coach. Tuten, a two sport athlete while in college with Syracuse University (football and basketball), will be in charge of, what CEO and General Manager LaMonte Coleman has called, the most important unit of The Marion Blue Racers football team.

Tuten was drafted in the third round by the Cincinnati Bengals in 1995 three picks ahead of Blue Racer head coach and Buckeye great, Lorenzo Styles. He is committed to improving the technique of young Blue Racer football players, as they aspire to the National Football League. Look for much improved play, on both sides of the ball, for the Marion Blue Racers in 2012.

For all Offensive Linemen aspiring to ascend to the next level, under the tutelage of Coach Tuten, they should call 614-987-0199 for workout and tryout information, visit www.BlueRacersFootball.com, or simply come to the Blue Racer Tryout on September 24th at 10am at All Star Family Sports in Columbus, OH (6124 Busch Blvd, Columbus, Ohio, 43229).
