Cleveland Gladiators News Release
CLEVELAND - The Cleveland Gladiators are pleased to announce that QB JOHN DUTTON, OL ADAM TADISCH and WR TROY BERGERON are all added to back to the active roster before Sunday's first round home playoff game versus the Georgia Force. Kickoff is set for 3 PM at Quicken Loans Arena.
Dutton (6'4, 230, Nevada) has spent the entire regular season on injured reserve, after suffering what was thought to be a season-ending Achilles' tendon injury in Week 2 at Spokane. He underwent successful surgery and has made tremendous progress to return to the active roster for the post-season. Dutton will serve as a backup to starter Kurt Rocco.
Tadisch (6'8", 340, North Dakota State) was activated from the Other League Exempt List (OLEX) and added to the roster. Tadisch returns after the United Football League delayed the start of their 2011 season. Tadisch, a 2010 All-Arena First-Team offensive lineman is in his second season with the Gladiators.
Bergeron (6'2", 190, Shaw H.S. GA ) was activated from the Other League Exempt List (OLEX) and added to the roster. Bergeron, was released by the Dallas Cowboys earlier this week. In just 13 games this season, Bergeron totaled 77 receptions for 1,113 yards and 30 touchdowns.
