Open Auditions Set for 2011-12 Tulsa 66ers Dance Team

TULSA, Okla., July 15, 2011 - The Tulsa 66ers, proud affiliate of the Oklahoma City Thunder, will host auditions for next season's Tulsa 66ers Dance Team on Saturday, August 13, at the University of Tulsa Mabee Gym, beginning at 8 a.m. Women 18 years and older are welcome to audition. Registration forms are now available at TULSA66ERS.COM, along with details on the audition process.
The audition process will take place from 8 a.m. to noon. Official judging will last from 11 a.m. to noon and is closed to the public. Tulsa 66ers Dance Team hopefuls are encouraged to submit their application and a $25 registration fee by a deadline of August 10 at 5 p.m. Walk-ins are accepted the day of auditions for an increased application fee of $35.
The Tulsa 66ers dance team performs at all 24 Tulsa home games, as well as makes numerous appearances throughout the region and are ambassadors for the 66ers at community and sponsorship events.
