The Halifax Rainmen have signed a contract with 6'6, 225 pound forward, Marshall Brown.
"Marshall was one of the best players in our league last year," said Halifax Rainmen President & CEO, Andre Levingston. "He's big, strong and athletic. He averaged 17 points per game and many felt he should have been an all-star."
Last season, Brown played for Vermont Frost Heaves. Prior to his PBL experience, Brown played college basketball for the University of Misourri.
The Rainmen will kick off their fourth season with Rogers Slam Dunk Fan Night tonight at 7 pm in front of a sold-out crowd at the Halifax Metro Centre.
