Bulldogs Sign Peter Delmas And Sebastien Bisaillon

HAMILTON, ON - The Hamilton Bulldogs announced today that they have signed goaltender Peter Delmas and defencemen Sebastien Bisaillon. Terms of the agreements were not disclosed. The club also announced that defenceman Marc-Antoine Desnoyers was released from his tryout agreement.
Delmas, 20, attended the Montreal Canadiens and Hamilton Bulldogs training camps on a tryout. In one pre-season game with the Bulldogs, the native of Alliston, Ontario made 23 saves in a 3-2 victory over the Binghamton Senators. Last season, the 6-foot-3, 183-pound goaltender split the season between the Quebec Remparts and Halifax Mooseheads of the QMJHL. Delmas earned a 15-9-0 record with a 3.15 goals-against-average and a .897 save percentage with the Remparts and a 5-7-0 record with a 3.42 goals-against-average and a .895 save percentage. Delmas was drafted by the Colorado Avalanche in the 2nd round, 61st overall in the 2008 NHL Entry Draft.
Bisaillon, 23, attended Montreal's and Hamilton's training camp on a tryout and appeared in three pre-season games with the Dogs. Last season, the 6-foot, 185-pound defenceman played for Kassel in the German Elite League earning nine points (two goals, seven assists) in 54 games. The native of Mont-Laurier, Quebec has played a total of 52 AHL games earning 22 points (eight goals, 14 assists).
Hamilton will open its 15th American Hockey League season on Friday, October 15th at 7:35 p.m. when they travel to Rochester to battle the Americans. The Bulldogs will then return to Copps Coliseum to host their 2010-2011 home opener on Saturday, October 16th at 4:00 p.m. against the Toronto Marlies. All regular season Hamilton Bulldogs broadcasts on TODAY'S COUNTRY AM 820 CHAM will begin with a pre-game show 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. All pre-game shows during Dogs home games will be broadcast live from the main concourse at Copps Coliseum.
