
Rivermen Add Additional Preseason Game with Chicago

Peoria Rivermen General Manager Kevin McDonald announced today the club has added an additional preseason game on Friday, Oct. 1 at 7 p.m. against the Chicago Wolves. The Wolves will host the game at Hoffman Estates Community Center and Ice Arena.
Tickets are $8 each and can be purchased at the Hoffman Estates Community Center and Ice Arena beginning on Sept. 10. Fans can call 847-885-7500 for more information.
It will be the second of three exhibition games played by the Rivermen in preparation for the 2010-11 season. Peoria will travel to Rockford to face the IceHogs on Sept. 28 and host Rockford at Carver Arena on Oct. 2.
The Rivermen will open their training camp in Peoria on Sept. 27 and will open the regular season on Oct. 8 against Manitoba.
