AFL Announces NFL Network Game for First Round of Playoffs

TULSA- The Arena Football League has announced that the Jacksonville versus Orlando game next Friday will be the first NFL Network-broadcasted game of the 2010 Postseason. The NFL Network will continue to show playoff games through every round and will culminate with ArenaBowl XXIII, set for August 20.

"The in-state and conference rivalry of Jacksonville versus Orlando guarantees an exciting match," Commissioner Jerry B. Kurz said. "We are extremely pleased to bring this excitement to our national audience."

With tonight's 64-49 victory over the Spokane Shock, the Sharks claimed the No. 1 seed in the America Conference and will host the fourth-seeded Predators in the first round of the 2010 Postseason. No. 3 Tampa Bay will be playing against the No. 2 Talons in Tulsa on Saturday to round out the American Conference side.

For the National Conference, the No. 1 Shock will play host to the No. 4 Arizona Rattlers, and the No. 3 Chicago Rush will face off against the No. 2 Milwaukee Iron.
