Calgary, AB - Calgary Flames General Manager Darryl Sutter announced today the signing of defenseman Christopher Breen of the Peterborough Petes from the Ontario Hockey League.
Breen, a native of Uxbridge, Ontario has played in 249 regular season games and 15 playoff games over five OHL seasons. At the conclusion of Peterborough's 2009-10 season, Breen played one game for the Abbotsford Heat (AHL) registering one assist and four penalty minutes.
