SIOUX CITY, Iowa - Bill Arnold (Needham, Mass.) and Bryan Rust (Bloomfield Hills, N.Y.) each posted a goal and an assist, while Andy Iles (Ithaca, N.Y.) stopped all 21 shots he faced as the U.S. National Under-18 Team earned a 6-0 victory over the Sioux City Musketeers. Rust opened the scoring just 32 seconds into the game after taking a feed from Arnold and putting the puck past goaltender Matt Skoff. Arnold doubled the U.S. advantage at 11:28 of the first period with Derek Forbort (Duluth, Minn.) picking up the assist on the goal.

Chase Balisy (Fullerton, Calif.) converted on a feed from Forbort just 2:27 into the middle stanza. Justin Faulk (South St. Paul, Minn.) made it 5-0 when his shot from the point bested Hildebrand for a power-play tally at 11:36. Exactly one minute later, Nick Shore (Denver, Colo.) took a pass from Adam Clendening (Niagara Falls, N.Y.) and put the puck past Hildebrand.

Iles turned aside 11 shots in the second period and another four in the final frame to secure the 6-0 shutout.
