Kinston, NC - Before the Kinston Indians Hot Stove Banquet don't miss the K-Tribe silent auction with one of a kind autographs from star college and professional players. Autograph memorabilia from Joe Namath, Willie Mays, Tom Glavine, Ben Roethlisberger, Phillip Rivers, Tyler Hansbrough, Rob Brindamour, Grady Sizemore, JJ Redick and more will be up for bid! There is also a signed 2009 UNC National Champion Tarheel Jersey and a signed collage from the NC State 1974 National Championship Team.
Just $5 gets you into the K-Tribe Silent Auction this Thursday, January 21st at the Hampton Inn Kinston! There are a few $25 tickets remaining that get you into both the silent auction and the K-Tribe Hot Stove banquet. The banquet is catered by Kings (featuring BBQ, Fried Chicken, Shrimp and More). Plus you will hear from former New York Yankee player, coach, manager and GM Gene Michael as he is inducted into the Kinston Professional Baseball Hall of Fame. New K-Tribe manager Aaron Holbert will also speak during the banquet as well as a member of the Cleveland Indians Player Development Staff.
The 2010 Kinston Indians silent auction also features other autographs and one of a kind experiences that can't be purchased anywhere else. Take batting practice with the K-Tribe, be bat boy for a game, take over the radio play-by-play, be a baseball beat reporter for a game, plus autographed items from former K-Tribe stars! All of these experiences are up for auction at the 2009 K-Tribe silent auction. A complete list of silent auction items is included below.
The silent auction will begin at 6 pm followed by the Hot Stove Banquet at 7:30 pm at the Hampton Inn Kinston. Tickets for the K-Tribe Hot Stove are available by calling 1-800-334-5467 or stopping by the K-Tribe offices.
