66ers Celebrate Owen Park Centennial Saturday

Tulsa, Okla., August 6, 2009 - The Tulsa 66ers will dish an assist to the Tulsa Parks Department in their centennial celebration at Owen Park on Saturday, Aug. 8 from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. The 66ers Dance Team and guard Moses Ehambe will help the parks department build a Kaboom Playground and cheer on kids during other fun-filled events.
A Kaboom Playground program utilizes volunteers to construct an entire outdoor play facility in one day. Volunteers, including the 66ers, have been enlisted to complete the one-day construction.
