The Bucks are on the brink of elimination Tuesday night, thanks to three straight one-goal losses at the hands of the Jackalopes.

The series started off perfectly for Laredo, as they won games one and two in Odessa to build a 2-0 lead.

The Bucks then fell at home in overtime in games three and four, before losing 2-1 Saturday night in Odessa to fall behind in the series.

The Bucks are 6-4 all-time when facing elimination in the playoffs.

Laredo has now lost three straight playoff games for just the second time in their seven-year history, with the first time coming in the 2004 Finals against Bossier-Shreveport. The Bucks went on to win the final three games of that series to claim their first title.

The Bucks have never lost four straight playoff games.

Rookie of the Year Darryl Smith's status is uncertain for Tuesday's game. Smith suffered an injury late in game four, and sat out game five. Smith leads the Bucks in playoff scoring with six points (4-2=6).

If the Bucks win Tuesday they will force a deciding game seven back in Odessa Thursday night, with the winner moving on to the Conference Finals against Texas.
