Aeros host Grand Rapids tonight

HOUSTON, Texas - The Houston Aeros host Grand Rapids tonight at Toyota Center at 7:05 p.m. for the Griffins only trip to Houston this season. The Aeros rank fourth in the West Division with 67 points on a 29-23-1-8 record. A Houston win would move the club into a three-way tie for second place. The Griffins rank second in the North Division with 84 points and won the first meeting of the season with the Aeros 1-0 in Grand Rapids. Tonight's contest is also a Maple Leaf Pub Happy Hour Game and can be heard on 1070-AM KNTH or online on AHL LIVE.
Houston will play seven of its next nine games at home including the final matchup with the Chicago Wolves this Saturday at 7:35 p.m. Houston boasts a 4-1-0-0 record against Chicago this season and have won both contests at Toyota Center. The Aeros will also host the Quad City Flames on Tuesday for an early-week tilt.
