
Rainmen Owner Releases Coach Lewis

Halifax Rainmen News Release
(Halifax, N.S.) The owner of the Halifax Rainmen, Andre Levingston announced today the release of Head Coach and GM Rick Lewis, effectively immediately. "After our weekend performance I knew it was time for a change," said Levingston. "I want to thank Rick for his dedication and hard work in helping to develop the team, and for his tireless effort in giving back to the community here in Nova Scotia. I wish him the very best in the future."
Assistant Coach Shannon Hanson will take over as interim coach until a replacement is named. Levingston is currently in the process of interviewing and a new Head Coach will be named soon.
