Dream Battles High Gas Prices with Ticket Offer

Atlanta, June 24, 2008-Tired of spending all your money at the gas pump? The Atlanta Dream wants to help fans get through the summer and high gas prices by offering a special "Cheaper by the Gallon" ticket for the remaining weeknight Dream games.
For a limited time, select Atlanta Dream tickets for weeknight games will be available for only $4. In order to take advantage of this special offer, Dream fans should call 404.604.2626 or purchase tickets through Ticketmaster by using the following link (http://www.ticketmaster.com/promo/3sy7y6) and entering the password GAS. Tickets are currently available for the following games:
July 1, 2008 vs. Phoenix Mercury at 7 pm (ESPN2 game)
July 3, 2008 vs. Houston Comets at 7 pm
July 22, 2008 vs. Sacramento Monarchs at 11 am (Kids Day)
September 2, 2008 vs. Seattle Storm at 7 pm
September 8, 2008 vs. Indiana Fever at 7 pm (Fan Appreciation Night)
The "Cheaper by the Gallon" ticket option is available for the Dream's next home game on July 1, 2008. Take advantage of the special weeknight price to watch the Atlanta Dream take on Diana Taurasi and the defending WNBA Champions, the Phoenix Mercury, in a nationally televised matchup on ESPN2.
The Dream tipped off their inaugural season at Philips Arena with back-to-back sellouts on May 23 and May 25, 2008. The team was officially announced as the 14th team in the WNBA on October 17, 2007. The Dream are members of the WNBA's Eastern conference which also includes the Chicago Sky, Connecticut Sun, Detroit Shock, Indiana Fever, New York Liberty and Washington Mystics.
