Thunder Dancer Selected For CBS Hit Show "Big Brother"

WICHITA, KS- The Wichita Thunder is proud to announce that Lampton Welding Supply Lightning Dance Team member Jessica Hughbanks (http://www.wichitathunder.com/0607_dt_jessica.html) has been chosen to participate in the new season of CBS reality show "Big Brother".

A 21-year-old resident of Haysville, Kansas and student at Wichita State University, Jessica will join 13 other HouseGuests when Big Brother 8 premieres on Thursday, July 5th at 7:00 p.m. Central Time. The show will follow the relationships and conflicts of players who live together in a house outfitted with cameras and microphones recording their every move 24 hours a day. One by one the HouseGuests will vote each other out, and in the end, the last remaining HouseGuest will receive the grand prize.

Jessica will being doing battle with six other women and seven men during Big Brother's eighth season. According to the website, www.cbs.com/primetime/bigbrother8/, Big Brother will be audience interactive for the first time this season, with viewers having the opportunity to cast votes to determine an important assignment that players will have to complete. Votes will be accepted via text messaging and at www.cbs.com.
