
Canada's up and coming showcase their skills

Toronto, ON (March 15, 2006) - The Canadian Football League announced today the list of athletes that will be attending this year's CFL Evaluation Camp on Thursday, March 23rd to Saturday, March 25th in Mississauga and Oakville, Ontario.
Working with this year's group of athletes is the CFL's 2005 Most Outstanding Player Damon Allen, Toronto Argonauts' Charlie Peterson and Hamilton Tiger-Cats' Kevin Eakin. The CFL veteran pivots will assist in throwing passes to the receiving corps and will be sharing their leadership and valuable experiences with the entire group.
The player invitees will be representing 20 Canadian universities and nine American colleges. The University of Saskatchewan and Wilfrid Laurier University lead the way with four players each attending this year's camp. The hometowns of this year's participants stem from six Canadian provinces, BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec.
Included in the group of 48 players that will be attending this year's Evaluation Camp is the 2005 Hec Creighton Trophy (CIS Outstanding Player) winner Andy Fantuz and the 2005 J.P. Metras Trophy (CIS Outstanding Lineman) winner Dominic Picard.
