FLOWERY BRANCH, GA, December 3, 2004 â The Georgia Force and Big League Broadcasting (BLB) have reached an agreement for Sports Talk 790 The Zone to serve as the "Official Flagship Radio Station of the Georgia Force". The agreement was announced today by Force President Dick Sullivan and BLB President Andrew Saltzman.
The exclusive deal includes live play-by-play coverage for all 16 regular season games and playoffs, a pre and postgame show as well as ancillary programming. Sports Talk 790 The Zone has served as the Force's radio partner since the team's inaugural season in 2002.
Also announced was Sports Talk 790 The Zone's broadcast team for the Georgia Force games. For the fourth straight season, David Hubbard will handle the play-by-play duties, while Chuck Oliver will serve as the color analyst for the second straight year. A new addition to the broadcast booth this season will feature various Atlanta Falcons players providing their analysis during the broadcasts of Force home games.
