
Former Ice Pilot Raitis Ivanans Signs NHL Contract

Pensacola, FL - The Pensacola Ice Pilots are proud to announce that former Ice Pilot Raitis Ivanans has signed a two year contract with the Montreal Canadiens of the National Hockey League.
Ivanans played for the Ice Pilots during the 1999-2000 season playing in 59 games during the regular season scoring 3 goals, 7 assists for 10 points and picked up 146 penalty minutes and played in 2 playoff games.
Ivanans, who is 25 years old from Latvia, helped Milwaukee last season win the Calder Cup Championship playing in 54 games for the Admirals scoring one goal, seven assists for eight points and picked up 166 penalty minutes and played in seven games in the playoffs picking up one assist and 17 penalty minutes.
The Ice Pilots will begin the 2004-2005 regular season at Mississippi on October 23 and pla! y their home opener Saturday, October 30 vs. the Kelly Cup Finalists Florida Everblades at 7:05 p.m.
Season tickets for all 36 home games for floor and glass are $649.44, side seats are $459.00, goal seats and lower upper seats are $411.84 and upper seats cost $324.00. 16 game plans, 8 game plans and flex packs also are available.
