
Smokies Tickets On Sale Beginning Monday

Sevierville, Tenn.- The Tennessee Smokies announced today that single game tickets for the 2004 season will go on sale online only beginning at 9:00 a.m. Monday, March 1 at www.smokiesbaseball.com. The Smokies Box Office will have single game tickets available on Saturday, March 20 beginning at 10 a.m.
Internet orders may be placed 24 hours a day with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Fans may use the Smokies seating map to aid in selecting seats online.
"Last season a large number of our fans realized the benefits of purchasing tickets online," said Smokies General Manager Brian Cox. "By first providing all individual game tickets online we feel confident more of our fans will make themselves familiar to the ease and convenience of online ticketing."
There are no extra charges for online ordering.
"We are pleased to be able to offer this option without any additional fees or costs," Cox stated. "A $9 ticket to a Smokies game is the same price whether you buy online or at the stadium".
Tickets available include all 70 regular season Southern League games and all promotional nights including post-game concerts. Tickets are available for nine Fireworks Fridays and twelve separate giveaway Saturdays. To purchase tickets in person visit the box office at Smokies Park, Interstate 40 at Exit 407, or call the box office at 865-286-2300 after 10 a.m. on March 20th.
The Smokies begin their second season as the Double A Affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals and their fifth at beautiful Smokies Park in Sevierville on April 16 against the Mobile BayBears. The 2004 season gets underway April 8, with the Smokies opening the campaign on the road at Jacksonville.
