Belton. Tx: It's time to get your game face on, and make plans to come and watch as the Indoor Battle begins! Starting sooner than you think the Barracudas will play their first home game at the Bell County Expo Center to be held on March 29th, 2008! The Intense Football League announced today the schedule for each of it's nine teams, that's right NINE teams! Every team from the 2007 season will be returning and joining the league is the newest expansion team in Fairbanks, Alaska. Come watch the Barracudas play at the Bell County Expo Center during the 2008 season, with 6 of their 7 home games all on Saturday nights and on Monday, April 9th the Barracudas will play their rendition of "Monday Night Football" in Central Texas.
"We are excited about the 2008 season, and know there will be a lot of tough competition but we are not going to let that hold us back from climbing to the top. We hired a great coach, and are confident that he can build the best team we have ever put on the field!" stated General Manager, Barney Welch.
What a great season it's going to be for the Barracudas, kicking off their season in Odessa for an exhibition game, as they look to "Rough up the Roughnecks!"
