
2 Allen Wranglers named to all IFL team

Allen, TX: The Indoor Football League has announced the top players across the league for the first and second All-IFL teams. Each player named was a stand-out at his position and exemplifies the tremendous talent and quality within the league. The Allen Wranglers had one player named to the First Team and one player to the Second Team.
Wrangler linebacker James Lancaster was named First Team All-IFL Defense. He had 77 total tackles - 14.5 sacks - 2 interceptions - 3 forced fumbles - 2 broken-up passes. Lancaster was the leader of the Wrangler defense all season long and is known to be a ferocious hitter.
Defensive Back Joey Longoria was named Second Team All-IFL Defense. He had 50 total tackles - 10 interceptions - 1 interception for TD - 12 broken-up passes. Longoria was a big contributor to the Wranglers defense all season long.
On Friday night the Wranglers handed the Fairbanks Grizzlies a crushing defeat, 72 to 54 to advance to the Division finals.
