Wyoming Cavalry Announces Opponents For June 22 And July 4 Regular Season Home Games

CASPER, WYOMING- The Wyoming Cavalry will host the Utah Crush and the Utah Sting, both of the Utah Indoor Football League (UIFL), on June 22 and July 4, respectively, to close out the Cav's 2007 regular season. More details for the play-offs will be forthcoming.

The Crush, coached by George Lee, are the 2007 UIFL champions, ending their season with a 10-0 record. They are 24-4 overall in their three years with the UIFL.

Kick-off for the June 22 Construction Night game is set for 7 pm. Children's favorite character, BOB the BUILDER, will make special appearances during the game and will be available for a meet-n-greet immediately following the game.

The Sting, coached by Vince Tauanuu, are the 2006 UIFL champions. They have posted a 63-5 record in their 8 years of playing indoor football in the UIFL.

Kick-off for the July 4 game is set for 6 pm, so as to allow all participants to enjoy the Fireworks display immediately following the game. To avoid the parking fee for the night, get your tickets by 5 pm July 3 at the Events Center Box office, or call the Cavalry office at 232.8170.
