WNBA and WNBPA Issue Statement Regarding Extension of Collective Bargaining Process

York, Oct. 28, 2019 - The Women's National Basketball Association and the Women's National Basketball Players Association issued the following statement today:
"The WNBA and WNBPA have agreed to extend the current collective bargaining agreement for sixty days to December 31 and will continue discussions regarding a new agreement."
