ORLANDO, Fla. (March 19) -- WJRR, "Real Rock 101.1," presents the 2003 Ms. Predator contest this month. The preliminaries will be held on Saturday, March 22 at Calico Jack's (1259 Semoran Road, Casselberry). Registration begins at 7:30 p.m. with the contest beginning at 8:30 p.m.
Twelve semifinals will be selected and will appear at halftime of the Orlando Predators vs. Georgia Force game at the TD Waterhouse Centre on Sunday, March 23.
Five finalists will be selected to appear at the March 30 game with Los Angeles, with Ms. Predator 2003 being crowned at halftime. Among flowers and the crown, Ms. Predator will receive $500. The first runner-up receives $200 and the second runner-up receives $100.
"We take full responsibility for last year's chaos and promise even more this year," Real Rock's 101.1's Buckethead said.
Interested contestants can register for the preliminaries at Calico Jack's on Saturday night. Dress for the contest is a swimming suit.
