TORONTO - The Canadian Football League Scouting Bureau today published its winter edition of the top 15 ranked prospects eligible for the 2013 CFL Canadian Draft and it includes a new number one ranked player.

Moving up two spots to number one is Bo Lokombo, a 6'3", 233 pound linebacker from the University of Oregon. In the 2012 season, Lokombo recorded 34 tackles, two quarterback sacks, two interceptions, one forced fumble and four pass knockdowns. The ranking includes seven defensive linemen, four offensive linemen, two linebackers, one receiver and one running back.
