Homestand Recap:

8.2 - 8.7 - The Wind Surge won the series against the San Antonio Missions and return to Wichita with a 4-game win streak.

8.2 - Wind Surge staff members gave a tour of the stadium with a question-and-answer session to students from Camp Hype.

8.2 - Wind Surge staff members gave a tour of the stadium and Wichita Baseball Museum to the U.S. Military WarDogs Baseball Program.

8.3 - Wednesday night's game against the Missions was shown on the big screen at Naftzger Park in downtown Wichita with Wind Surge staff members in attendance.

8.4 - Members of the Wind Surge staff visited the Kansas Humane Society to receive a tour of the facility, interact with the animals, and help make enrichment toys for dogs.

8.6 - Members of the Wind Surge Staff along with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas hosted another successful stadium strider event, which is free and open to the public.

Upcoming Events & Promotions:

8.9-8.14 - The Wind Surge will host the Corpus Christi Hooks, Double-A Affiliate of the Houston Astros for a six-game homestand.

8.9 -Two for Tuesday - Get two tickets for the price of one every Tuesday home game when you show your Dillons Shopper Card or the Dillons App at the Wind Surge Box Office. Fans can also enjoy two-for-one Honeysuckle White Turkey Burgers and Kona Ice.

8.10 - Military Wednesday - active or retired military members can get $10 field box seats when showing their Military ID or DD-214 at the Wind Surge Box Office.

8.11-Bark in the Park, Turbo Tubs & Thirsty Thursday - The Wind Surge will take the field as the Turbo Tubs and fans can enjoy half-priced regular fountain sodas and select 16 oz beers. It's also our first ever Bark in the Park game.

8.12 - Rally Towel Giveaway, Fiesta de Tumba Vacas, & Fireworks Friday- The first 2,000 fans will receive a Rally Towel and the Wind Surge will take the field in the Tumba Vacas de Wichita jerseys for the final time this season. Post-game fireworks after every Friday home game.

8.13 - Oktoberfest - The first 2,000 fans will receive a Wind Surge Beer Stein.

8.14 - Sunday Fun Day - Pre-game catch on the field for all ages and post-game kids run the bases.
