Surprise Fightin' Falcons News Release
How hot has Falcons' INF/OF DESI WILSON been? How's a 26-game hitting streak for proof?
That's what the 36-year-old veteran has entering Thursday night's series opener at Long Beach.
Wilson, a 15-year veteran who had a stint with the San Francisco Giants in the mid-1990s, has hit safely in all but three games that he has played. Wilson has elevated his average to .429 and has 13 multi-hit games in the streak.
