Wilmington, NC - The Wilmington Hammerheads will host the Rochester Rhinos this Saturday, August 27th at Legion Stadium. Kick-off will be at 7pm where the Port City team will continue their fight for a playoff position.
Wilmington and Rochester last met on August 6th where Rochester shut-out Wilmington 2-0. Rochester currently sits in fifth place, compared to Wilmington sitting in eleventh place. Head coach Mark Briggs elaborated, "Rochester is a strong team who doesn't give up many goals. After the run of games we have been on, I'm looking for a solid performance from our boys."

Scored his fifth goal of the season against Pittsburgh on Wednesday, tying as lead scorer with #23 Bruno Perone Accumulated 1,773 minutes of playing time
Coach Briggs concluded, "I will be expecting a performance that shows heart, grit, determination, and most of all, pride in wearing the Wilmington Hammerheads jersey. It means a lot to many people and we have to do a better job representing Wilmington."
