Minnesota Magicians News Release
As the youngest member of the Minnesota Magicians last season Will Johnson was one of the greatest storylines. Johnson finished the season third on the club in scoring with 35 points in 59 games.
After a successful rookie campaign with the Magicians, Johnson was selected in the USHL Entry Draft by the Madison Capitals. Johnson has adjusted to the Tier 1 level quite nicely, leading the Capitals in scoring with 2 goals and 5 assists through 6 games.
"We are excited that Will has moved on to the USHL, our goal as an organization is to develop players and move them on to the next level" added Director of Hockey Operations Chad Peterson. Johnson has committed to Dartmouth College for the 2014-2015 season.
