The WESTCHESTER WILDFIRE will be competing in Copenhagen and are adding players.
Coach John Starks will assemble a team to play in a tournament sponsored by BF Copenhagen, the leading Basketball Club in Scandinavia.
OPEN TRYOUTS TO GAIN BOTH INTERNATIONAL EXPOSURE AND A GREAT PROFESSIONAL BASKETBALL EXPERIENCE. TRYOUTS: Sept. 7th at Pace University, Pleasantville Campus, Goldstein Fitness Center from 10a.m.-1p.m. (doors open at 9a.m.)
At least one person from this open tryout will make the trip. Tryout cost: $100 in advance or $125 at door All participants receive a tryout Jersey For directions to Pace call (914) 773-3737
THE TOURNAMENT: Thursday September 25th through Sunday September 28th Exact travel dates to be determined but could be anytime between and possibly including Sept 21-29 4 game tournament, one game each day All expenses paid 5 star Hotel Accommodations Tournament will be played at Farum Arena: A 2-year-old facility and BF Copenhagen expect near capacity crowd of 4,000. Major International competition is expected (Real Madrid and other European professionals)
