
Wildcats defeat Georgia

Savannah, GA-- In the first game in Continental Basketball League history, Andrew Beach had a game high 22 to lead seven players in double figures as the Savannah Wildcats defeated the Georgia Gwizzlies 128-89. The game was played in front of approximatly 350 fans at A.E. Beach High School in Savannah.
Savannah took an eight point lead after one and were up 11 after two before pulling away against an undermanned Gwizzlies squad in the second half. For the Wildcats, Ajmal Gordon added 18 points with Joe Fiegler dishing out 15 assists.
