Wild Ghost Chase Run for Relief 5K at the Hank

Mobile, AL â The Mobile BayBears and L'Arche Mobile will host the "Wild Ghost Chase Run for Relief 5K". The race will be at Hank Aaron Stadium on Saturday, October 30, 2004. All proceeds from the event will go towards helping the victims of Hurricane Ivan. The race will begin at 4:00 pm and will finish at home plate of Hank Aaron Stadium.
Day of race registration will be at Hank Aaron Stadium starting at 2:15 this Saturday. Prices are as follows: 5K race-$10 or $5 and 5 cans of food; Fun Run-5 cans of food. Additional donations of non-perishable food, diapers, school supplies, and cash in any amounts will gladly be accepted. Specially designed t-shirts will be available to purchase at the race site for $5.
Award will be presented in the following categories: Top Male and Female Overall, Masters, Grandmasters, Senior Grandmasters and Race Walker. Top three male and female in age groups 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, & 75 and older. Special awards will also be presented for best adult costume and three children's costumes.
