WHL and RE/MAX Announce Home Team Contest Winners

Calgary, AB - RE/MAX of Western Canada in association with The Brick, All Weather Windows and the Western Hockey League announced the winners of the RE/MAX Home Team Contest today.
The RE/MAX Home Team Contest ran online from March 1 - April 30, 2011 and provided Western Canadian fans the opportunity to win $17,500 in Home Improvement Packages. Fans were required to visit the customized online RE/MAX Home Team Contest and complete the various stages of the contest in order to be entered for a chance to win.
The contest received over 20,000 entries, with the following contestants announced as the winners:
Sherri Oliver from Chemainus, BC was awarded the $10,000 Home Improvement Package Grand Prize consisting of $5,000 cash from RE/MAX of Western Canada, a $2,500 The Brick Gift Card and a $2,500 All Weather Windows Gift Certificate.
Brenda Klock from Nelson, BC and Marcie Kawchuk from Dauphin, MB were the 2nd Prize Winners. This package consisted of a $2,500 The Brick Gift Card for each contestant.
And Julia Lipov from Penticton, BC was awarded the 3rd Prize Package of a $2,500 Gift Certificate from All Weather Windows.
"I don't usually enter contests online, but a friend had sent me an invitation to enter!" says Grand Prize Winner, Sherri Oliver. "New bedroom furniture from The Brick and to replace some windows from All Weather Windows are at the top of our list. I truly appreciate winning and would like to thank RE/MAX, The Brick, All Weather Windows and the Western Hockey League for their generosity."
