From the Brewster Bears Varsity Hockey team
As you know, Ice Hockey is one of the most expensive school sports and is not fully funded by school budgets alone. Unfortunately, this year, due to budget cuts, ice rentals for the Brewster Bears High School Varsity home games and practices have been cut entirely, leaving a $25,000 gap we are trying to fill. We want to be able to continue to provide a competitive, safe environment for our players, parents, and coaches this season and keep our program going so that future generations of hockey players can play the sport that they love for their high school.
This year, more than ever, we need your help!
We'd like to thank The Danbury Whalers Organization for supporting our program and allowing us to team up with them to raise funds for The Brewster Bears Varsity Hockey Program. Go Whalers! Go Bears
Be sure to eat at Two Steps Downtown Grille before the game. Try the Big Juicy Danbury Whalers Burger - It's fantastic.
