West Texas Whirlwinds Plan Two Community Events

Midland, TX. The ABA West Texas Whirlwinds have scheduled two significant community events for October. The first is participation in the Midland Memorial Hospital "Healthy You Event" on Saturday, October 6th. There, fans will be able to take advantage of a variety of free screenings and other health related activities - and have a chance to meet and greet the West Texas team and coaches.

The second is the Midland/Odessa Protect and Serve Challenge on Saturday, October 20th. This is a benefit game against the Midland/Odessa police, fire and sheriff's departments with the proceeds going to provide funds for the families of the September 9th slain officers. This is a game that you don't want to miss.
