Weaver Attends USA Hockey Select 16 Camp

Magicians 2014-2015 NAPHL Tender, Goalie Cole Weaver, is attending the USA Hockey Select 16 Festival in Amherst, New York. The Champlin Park native will suit up for the Gold team this week and is joining 23 other Minnesotans in attendance at this year's camp.
Last season, Weaver played for the Omaha AAA Lancers at the U16 level and was signed by the Magicians as a tender out of the North American Prospects Hockey League (NAPHL). He joins fellow Magicians tender Vaughan Ahrens (Wayzata High School) as a local connection to one of this year's national Player Development Camps. Ahrens, also a goaltender, attended the Select 17 camp from June 26th - July 2nd.
