Washington Raptors And Harlem Wizards Form Partnership

Castle Rock, WA. The ABA Washington Raptors and the Harlem Wizards have formed a marketing and business partnership to continue the expansion of the Raptors presence in the community and to also expand the Harlem Wizards presence in Washington. The Wizards have been performing/playing since 1962 and in the last few years have had exciting events and school fundraisers in Rainier, Clatskanie and Hillsboro. The Raptors will be working to expand the Wizards tour and make the team available to more schools so that they can have this hilarious and spectacular fundraising events for their organization.

"We will do some great stuff together, co-promoting, etc." stated Todd Davis, Harlem Wizards President. "We now have about ten people booking us in different parts of the country and with the contacts that Tim and Regina Joseph have, this should turn out great."

"We're very excited about this also," added Regina Joseph, CEO of the Raptors. "We just announced a large group of new ABA teams for the Pacific Northwest, including Spokane, Walla Walla, Yakima, Everett, Seattle and Vancouver - and of course, we have the Seattle Mountaineers here too. So there are many great cities that can now enjoy this classic basketball entertainment."
