Warriors to Play Exhibition Games; Head to Minnesota

Michigan Warriors News Release


The Michigan Warriors start their 2011-12 hockey season as they play host to Adrian College at Flint's Iceland Arena on Saturday Sept. 10, 2011 with a 2:00PM Face-Off.

For the Exhibition game on Sept 10, at Iceland arena, Season ticket holders will be given a voucher for admission to enter the game, while fans that have not purchased season tickets can purchase Adult tickets to the game for $3 each or two for $5. Children 12 and under, and children wearing hockey jersey's will be admitted to the game free. There will be no parking charge for the game at Iceland. Vouchers for season ticket holders will be given at the door.

The NAHL North Division Playoff Champion Warriors will then travel to take on Adrian College in the second game of a home-and-home series on Sunday, September 11, 2011. 2:00PM at Adrian College.

Warriors head to Blaine for Combat Hockey/NAHL Showcase Next week the Warriors head to Blaine, Minnesota for the 2011 Combat Hockey/NAHL Showcase games. The Warriors will face Chicago, Corpus Christi, Austin and Dawson Creek, in the Showcase games, before returning home for their 2011 home opener.

Warriors Home Opening Weekend The 2011-12 Warriors home opener is Friday Sept 23, 2011, 7:30PM at Perani Arena against the former Motor City team now relocated to Jamestown New York. The Warriors will also face I-69 rival Port Huron on Saturday Sept 24, 2011, 7:00PM to wrap up their first home weekend series.
