The Lafayette Aviators (13-12) built an early lead against the Chillicothe Paints (12-12), scoring three runs in the first inning, en route to a 6-3 win on Thursday at Loeb Stadium.
The Lafayette Aviators scored in the first on an RBI single by Michael Houdek couldn't get it done on the hill for the Chillicothe Paints, taking a loss. He allowed six runs in 4 2/3 innings, walked three and struck out six.
