
Vipers sign kicker Andy Eminger

COLUMBUS, Ga- The Chattahoochee Valley Vipers have signed kicker Andy Eminger (6?0, 215) for the 2006 American Indoor Football League season.
Eminger played last season for the Canton Legends, earning the leagues special team MVP honors.
Eminger began his career at Euclid High School in Cleveland, Ohio, where he converted all 102 point after attempts and 37 of 39 field goals with a long of 52 yards. He also averaged 48.6 yards a punt to garner All Northeast Ohio honors for both punting and placekicking.
He attended attended Ohio State University, Dean Junior College (Mass.) and Florida Atlantic University. He was an all-conference player at Dean.
"I watched Andy kick last year and I was impressed," commented Head Coach Jason Gibson. "With his leg strength, he gives us the ability to score anywhere on the field."
