The Vancouver Whitecaps FC presents a special Victoria Day Doubleheader on Monday, May 22. The Whitecaps Women kick things off at 4:00 p.m. with a rematch against the Seattle Sounders Saints followed by a battle on the men's side against the Rochester Raging Rhinos at 7:00 p.m. Purchase your tickets online to ensure you don't miss out on these exciting matches!

The Whitecaps Women's rematch vs. Seattle should be another exciting contest. Christine Sinclair, who opened the scoring just 103 seconds in last Saturday, lead the Whitecaps to a 4-1 victory and on Monday they will look to improve to 2-0. Rejoining the squad this week is goalkeeper Erin McLeod, forward Stephanie Smith, defender Sasha Andrews and newly signed Kaylyn Kyle.

The second match of the evening will be a battle between the top two teams in the USL First Division. The Whitecaps Men currently sit in second place with a 3-0-1 record for 10 points, while Rochester lead the league with a 4-0-0 record for 12 points. Rhinos scoring leader John Ball (six points) and his squad will look to increase their lead tonight when they battle the Portland Timbers before meeting Vancouver on Monday. Whitecaps striker Joey Gjertsen currently stands as the overall points leader in the USL First Division.
