
Verpaelst Recalled to San Antonio

WINDSOR, CO. - The Colorado Eagles, proud affiliate of the Colorado Avalanche, announced today that defenseman Gabriel Verpaelst has been recalled by the team's AHL affiliate, the San Antonio Rampage. The 24 year-old has collected three goals and three assists in 17 games with the Eagles this season.
Verpaelst has appeared in 211 ECHL contests, with stops in Utah, Norfolk and Bakersfield. During that time he has notched 19 goals, 50 assists and 544 penalty minutes. In addition, the Sherbrooke, Quebec native has also seen action in eight AHL contests with the Stockton Heat during the 2015-16 season.
The Eagles return to action on Saturday, November 25th at 7:05pm when they face the Greenville Swamp Rabbits at the Budweiser Events Center.
