Venom Hosts Free Kids Camps During Spring Break

From March 14 to March 17, the Amarillo Venom will be out and about with Free Kids Camps across the Amarillo area and the Texas Panhandle. The camps are sponsored by Neighbors Emergency Center, located at 2105 South Western Street.
At the Kids Camps, children can meet, greet and learn how to play football from the Amarillo Venom players and coaches.
All school age kids are welcome, all they have to do is bring a signed waiver from their parents or have the parents sign at the time of the camps. The waivers can be found at www.govenom.com.
Beginning on Monday, the Venom will be in Groom and Puckett Elementary from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., and shift over to Claude and Sleepy Hollow from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. They will conclude the first day in Wellington, starting at 1 p.m. and ending at 2:30 p.m.
On Tuesday, the Venom will be at City View Park, right next to the City View Elementary School, and Canyon City Park from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. From 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., the Venom will be featured at Fun Family Fitness in Dumas, and Dalhart City Park will host the camp from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Wednesday's camps will be located in Bushland and Amarillo College's Memorial Park from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., while Woodlands Elementary and Austin Middle School will host camps from noon to 1:30 p.m.
Last but not least, the Venom will travel to Carver Elementary and River Road on Thursday from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., and conclude the day at Thompson Park and Hamlet Elementary from noon to 1:30 p.m.
